I work for a public school in Maintenance, these shoes are great for mowing, trimming, painting field for Friday night lights. I have been wearing these for over a year now and they continue to impress me. After over a year of averaging 15,000-20,000 steps a day they have held up very well and are just now showing signs of wear and tear. My only dislike about them is that due to the water resistant material the toes do get hot in direct sun. Definitely will buy again.I have a wide foot, was surprised that I did have good room. No problems with toe cap.NAI like the idea you came up with for yard work shoes. With me having a wider foot, it would be nice to include wide sizes. They are a little narrow on my foot and tight in the toe. Maybe add just a little more vertical room for toes as well. After the shoes breaks in, it might be more comfortable in that area. They did seem to have good traction, and being breathable, my feet didn't get hot. To me, seemed the sole was more flat than having great arch support. I'm not dissatisfied, but maybe a few tweaks for width and toe room and possibly some fatigue resistant insoles. Have only worn once, so again after breaking in the comfort might change. They seem pretty durable and hope they hold up throughout the lawn season. Congrats on your small business and hope you continue to thrive. I'll see how these work out this summer. If it goes well, maybe I'll look into your other products/bootsMinor gripe: The laces are very snug in the eyelets.Perfect shoe for the lawncare pro and landscaper!!sturdyThese “shoe” are more like boots. They are rugged and hard. My socks are usually drenched with water after I finish doing yard work. When wearing these shoes, my feet were bone dry. The grip is solid and the material is tough. However, the sole is very hard and provides no arch support. I felt a hot spot forming at the middle of my right foot about 1.5 hours into today’s yard work. Better cushion inserts with arch support is the only thing I can think of that would make this a better shoe. I’m going to purchase some inserts, hopefully those will help.
