This was advertised as petite with a 28" inseam. The inseam was closer to 30" and the rise was almost 16"!! You'd have to be 5'7" easily to get away with wearing these. Even with rolling the waistband and wearing high heels, they were still too long for me (5'2"). I was willing to hem, but I'm not willing to wear the waistband up to my armpits :) Really a shame because I love the fabric, weight and style - just don't plan on them working if you are under 5"6 or 7".
