Premium Cebu Pioneer Men's Work Boots - 10 Inch Steel Toe Safety Shoes for Construction & Outdoor Work

Was really happy to receive the product after reading so many glowing reviews, only to be met with boots that have peeled leather on the pull tabs, scratches at multiple places on the boot, creasing in several places before I even tried the boots on, and even the "Shark Shield" on the front has some minor damage all straight out of the box. The shoe itself also states that it is Steel Toe on the store page, the box, tag on the boot, and inside both of the boots on the tag. Neither of the boots were steel toe, not sure what is going on there. The fit was nice and snug and walking around for about 3 minutes was great, but with the issues straight out of the box for $120+, it's not acceptable.Update:Contacted support and Francisco from Cebu took my picture to address quality issues. Francisco also issued a full refund for my troubles and requested that I keep the product. Three star boot, Five star customer support. WOW.The boot looks really good but it depends on what type of job you have. It didn’t work for me, I’m around acid, chemicals, brine water and fresh water. Water leak through the top stitching of the boot.Exelente..Husbands work boot, I've bought several pair, they hold up and last several years.Pair of these lasted me 2 years before i had any issues. Great boot. Comfort like tennis shoes.Comfortable boot for awhile.. The boots were purchased October of 2014 and provided great comfort till July 2015 they have begun to wear down and since July I have been going through different insoles trying to regain that comfort but, nothing works. Not sure if I'd purchase again as they are pricey boots that won't last a year however, I do put these boots through a lot of rigorous punishment but they are work boots right...I used for school and for work definitely recommend to anyone the best boots I ever bought.???Exelentes para poder trabajar rudo!!
